REGISTRATION
* To be confirmed by letter signed by university, sent to the symposium secretariat. Payment of the registration fee entitles participants to attend all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks and to receive a free copy of the symposium book. Accompanying persons are entitled to attend all lunches and coffee breaks; and they can be registered for the opening reception/barbecue en the symposium dinner. The symposium secretariat must be informed of any cancellations or changes in delegate names, in writing by letter or fax. For cancellations received before 1 May 2007 all fees, less than Euro 40 in administration costs, will be reimbursed. After this date, the full registration fee will be charged. Refunds will be made after the symposium. HOW TO REGISTER Step 1. (Optional, can also be performed later.) Download the abstract form from the Call for contributions page and prepare your abstract file. Step 2. Print out the bank transfer information (.pdf) or the credit card payment form (.rtf) Step 3. Start the ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION and select "Not yet registered? Click here" if you log in for the first time. Step 4. Pay your fees by bank transfer or fax/send the credit card payment form and (optional) fax/send the letter required for registration at student fee. After registration you can again log in - by using the registration number and password given in the automatic reply after your first electronical registration - to edit your registered address data and to edit or add an(other) abstract (max. one oral and one poster abstract). The two last abstract titles + files that you upload are stored in our system.
