HOTEL ACCOMMODATION GCS-3 2007

Delft is a highly attractive tourist destination and offers a range of classical and modern accommodations in different price categories. A number of special arrangements have been made with selected hotels in Delft, see I.

To overcome the limited number of rooms in Delft we also have made special arrangements with two NH Hotels in Rotterdam and The Hague, near Delft, see II.

Besides the special arrangements more accommodation is available in other hotels in Delft and neighbourhood, see III.

In any case: participants should book their own accommodation.

I. Special arrangements hotels DELFT/NOOTDORP
In the list below all relevant information about the hotels with special arrangements in DELFT and NOOTDORP is given. Most of these hotels are within walking distance from Delft central railway station and Aula Conference Centre. You should book your own accommodation. To profit from these arrangements, do not forget to mention the special reservation code 'GSC-3 2007'.
Please note that these arrangements are offered until 1 May 2007, after this date we cannot guarantee rooms or discount in Delft.

II. Special arrangements NH Hotels
Special arrangements have been made with two NH Hotels in cities both 13 km from Delft. Shuttle service between the NH Hotel and Aula Conference Centre Delft as from 25 rooms per hotel is included. You should book your own accommodation. For each NH Hotel you find here below a special reservation form, which you are requested to use, in order to benefit from this special offer. The prices for the NH Hotels are EURO 110 for a single room, and EURO 127 for a double room, per night, including breakfast. Please print the reservation form of the hotel of your choice, fill it in, and fax it to the number indicated on the form.
